How Can We Help?
How soon will I receive my items?
Eyes are painted to order and therefore will not ship immediately. They will take approximately 5 days to complete but this may vary during busy periods. You will be notified when they have shipped and shipping time will vary depending on what service you have chosen.

Is the paint you use harmful?
I use non toxic acrylic paints, glitters, glazes and sealants.

Can I use safety eyes in toys for babies?
It is not advisable to use safety eyes in toys for young children under 36 months.

I’m making a crafted version of a pet and can’t find a colour that matches its eyes on your website, can you help?
Yes I can try, email me a photo and I can mix and match to try to get the best shade possible.

Can I wash items fitted with your eyes?
All eyes are coated with a sealant and should survive the occasional gentle wash, I cannot guarantee that they would withstand repeated machine washes with harsh detergents.

I am ordering from outside the UK, will I have to pay customs charges?
Very likely yes. This varies from country to country, but I would strongly suggest finding out about your country’s charges prior to ordering.

I may not be in when they are delivered, will the package fit through my letterbox?
Yes. I pack the eyes in boxes which conform to the Large Letter sizes so they should fit through a normal letterbox.
Do you make your eyes from scratch?
I buy clear safety eyes and paint them to the colour or effect you choose.
